这个签经我早上才看过,但当时上不了寄托,正想下午转过来.首先感谢lz的热心.由于现在也占不了前面几楼,就在原帖上编辑,请谅解.

m: morning sir. here's my checklist, u can tell me anything u want to see.(try to hand in the checklist)--说实话,这个开头的方式并不好,一来就让VO看想看的东西,不合常理,容易让人觉得你什么都准备好了,你就是去拿签证的.
v: (interrupt me and ask me to do the finger print)--VO打断你,也证实了这一点.毕竟还没按指印,你就这么激进,说明你这样开头不好.
v: (check my I20.)
V: So u going to study MSIT and spend 67,000 USD for one year? So who will fund you?--$67,000一年的费用,非常贵了,又是在成都这个VO对自费最敏感的签区,VO看到这个数目,一来就开始考察你的资金情况.
M: My parents
V: how about their income?
M: my father's income is XXXX and my mother is XXXX, my father do a good job in stock market...interrupt
v: So their total incoming is about 200,000 per year?--VO已经计算出你父母年收入20W.心里已经在考虑你家收入跟你一年花费的的巨大差距.
M: yup
v: May I have your house certificate?---典型的2号VO哈利波特,喜欢看房产证.
m: sure. (hand in)
v: and the bank deposit?--你父母的收入相对你的花费不算高,通过看房产证和存款证明进一步考察你的资金情况.
m: Ye.(hand in) here's some other material about the stock and insurance, do u want them?
v: yes
m: hand in
v: (looking and ask): what will u do after graduated?
m: Of course back to China, I get a clear career plan...interrupt--这句话不是很好,你可以直接说你要做什么.VO听到这句也立刻打断你.
v: tell me ur career plan
m: ok. I hope I can got the position such as team leader or program manager after working a short time and gay the
experiences to apply a MBA degree.--一上来这句话显得太空泛,我和magic哥哥及kevin斑竹说过多次,归国计划最好是联系个人专业背景和对自己的职业规划,及事业的发展前景,说明自己回国,及回国后的高收入,高投资回报.一开始你就已经说了废话了.你说你想成为team leader,program manager,就能成为吗?毫无论据支持的一句空话. But in US, due to the disadvantage in presentation, culture and language for international
students, it's harder to get these position than native american, that's why I'll come back.---这个理由也不够充分,现在国际学生在美国也不难找工作.而且语言文化差异也不是什么很大的问题.你根本不能说服VO你会回来.而且在此,你都说了这么多了,都还是没能看出来你的归国计划和你去美国学的东西有任何联系.
And u know, the 3G era will come to china in this year or next year, the industry and market in IT and Telcom will increase
rapidly, here's so much opportunity here.--终于扯上正轨了.for the more, my classmates have already working in this field now, that's the
valuable resources to start my own business.--可惜你已经说得很乱了,到底是开始自己的事业还是成为team leader.
v: (typing and keep silence, did not listen carefully, I suppose he has make the decision)---VO已经决定拒你了.
m: my parents has working as the senior engineer and business manager for their companies for more than 20 years. do u what
their income proof?
v: no
v: stamp and say: sorry, i do not believe u will come back. u will spend all the saving of ur family.
m: but these money is just one of six for our family wealth. so is there any advise for me?
v: U shall change another program, this one do not fix u, I don't believe u will come back after study.

没经验没让VO仔细看资产列表除了银行存款是单独递进去的其他资金材料是一起递交的他随便翻了两下没仔细看,then make the decision. 这点希望大家以后注意～

这个签经对话很清晰,也很容易看出问题的实质出在哪里.这个是典型的花费太多,VO不相信申请人会回国的问题.

1.首先一点,如果该人家里很有钱的话,应该想办法把家庭资产清单show给VO,并联系自己的背景和以后的计划告诉VO,虽然这个program 花费很大,但对自己的帮助及投资回报是更大的,你父母有能力支持你去念书,你们都认为这个投资是很值得的.

2.其次,你的归国计划很乱,说了很多废话,前言不搭后语.而且非常空泛.VO不相信你会回来很正常,我表示非常遗憾.

3.投资回报率是你需要重点准备的问题.你下次再去,资金和归国计划也一定会是你被重点考察的问题.

从另外的论坛转的，还没有分析原因，bz帮忙看看，分析一下。好让大家注意
