送手机给即将来美国读书的同学

各位gter网友：欢迎来到美国读书！去年我飞跃的时候，得到本网很多朋友帮助，总想着自己能够怎样回报。 目前在华盛顿DC一家法学院读Juris Doctor，因为种种原因，我2007-2008学年要离开美国一年，因此我愿意把我的手机送给一位gter朋友用。

在美国手机主要运营商是Cingular (AT&T) ，Verizon, Sprint, 和T-mobile 四家, 其中Cingular (AT&T) 和Verizon最大，网络覆盖和通话质量最好。而只有Cingular (AT&T)、T-mobile 使用SIM卡，其它两家公司是机卡一体的，不能插SIM卡。

无论哪个公司，每个月要交39美元以上的月费，相当于国内的套餐，其中包括若干分钟的通话费用。比如我的Cingular (AT&T)手机，每月39元，这是最便宜的一档。这包括450分钟的白天通话时间和5000分钟的晚上和周末通话时间。虽然是最便宜的一挡，可是我从来没有用完过。Cingular (AT&T)公司和其它公司不同，每个月的通话时间如果用不完，可以累积到下个月，我现在白天通话时间已经累计到了至少2700分钟，全部送给你！（其它公司不可以累积）另外，在美国手机没有漫游之说，在全国任何地方打电话、打任何电话（包括手机和座机）价格都是一样的，全国通用。而且Cingular网内互相打电话完全免费。

各位朋友如果要加入这些公司，需要签订1年到2年不等的合同，承诺每月付出套餐价格，并以较便宜的价格获得一个手机（我的手机当初只要99元）。但是，因为有些外国学生没有Social Security Number，而某些课程时间比合同时间短，运营商不愿意卖手机给我们，所以在入网的时候存在困难。即使一些运营商愿意同意入网，也要交上上百美元的押金，非常的不方便。考虑到这些情况，加上我2007-2008学年要离开美国一年，因此我愿意把我的手机送给一位gter朋友用：

1. 到DC来的同学优先；因为在美国手机没有漫游之说，全国通用，所以其它的地方的同学也可以。

2. 5月、6月、7月就来美国的同学优先，因为我5月就离开，这样可以使用价值最大化；其它时间也可以。

4. The rate plan for this cell phone is only $39.99 per month, including 4500 Night and Weekend minutes and 500 daytime minutes.
5. Free unlimited calls within Cingular/AT&T network.

What you need to do
1. Write me an email as soon as possible. First come, first served.
2. Pay the Cingular/AT&T company $39 per month (plus tax) from June 2007 to August 2008 (a 15-month contract commitment.)  
3. Pay some deposit to me and I will give you back when I return to America in August 2008. In fact, you don’t lose anything. Amount Negotiable. If you are coming to Georgetown or George Washington University,  no deposit needed. Completely free!

可以的，但是要交入网费。某些国内手机有锁码，不能插其它公司的SIM卡。
