The author gives an optimistic prospect that the sales of Whirlwind video games will probably soar in the next few months through the analysis of the result of survey where some advantages are proposed. It seems that the statements are both logical and indisputable, but it is indeed not well-reasoned.

First of all, I suspect the credibility of the survey, which shows people prefer games of high quality graphics, using the most up-to-date computers. Not only does the author not give the extent, age, or any statistic of that survey, but is the conclusion not convincible at all. Take myself for example, as realistic computer game player, my most friends and I won't buy a copy at the first glance, even though it has the most attractive appearance. The matters that we appreciate the most are the intrinsic character, that is to say, features to lead us to better recreation. Even if the games are qualified in these features, I believe few of us will afford to take an expensive up-to-date computer merely for correspondingly several games.

On the other hand, notwithstanding, whether the games of this non-renowned studio are competent enough to take up the market, is another question. The styles of PC games are limited, while the tastes of players are diverse. Even though there exists a number of innovations in such games, one can't say there are the same even better advantages in the games of Nintendo, Microsoft, EA, etc. Besides, I hold the belief that most of the players are able to make the wise choice among the large quantities, who, to some extent, are always choosing large corporations' products for the reason that these companies have more than enough money to make investments to develop better games.

Last but not least, although extensive advertisements aimed to the 10 to 25-year-old group, I doubt whether they have much time to enjoy them. It is ridiculous to judge whether the advertisements are effective merely according to how extensive they are. As far as I can see, the age-group are always pressed for time because they, at least most of them are at the stage to take education to broaden their horizon, or to set up for their bright future. In turn, there is no doubt that the campaign might be a total failure other than a wise case in the field of economy.

In sum, although the statements are well-organized to convince people of Whirlwind's splendid prospect, however, I suggest that the author think twice before make a conclusion, for defects emerge in his statement, taking into consideration the most wide ranges of circumstances to generate a proper strategy.

问题就是，第一错误的点找的不准确，批驳的角度也找的不好，第2错误点批驳展开不足，要将对方一棍子打死不能留一点余地。
