提纲：1在教育中要考虑到学生的兴趣，这样有助于发挥学生的潜质和特长，同时能够提高教育质量
2  但是由于教育资源是有限的，所以不可能完全根据学生的兴趣和需要
3  即使教育资源是充足的，根据个人兴趣培养出来的学生是不可能满足社会的需要的
4 虽然我们不能完全根据学生的兴趣和需要来进行教育，但我们可以在传统教育的模式下给学生留下充足的空间，以选修课的形式来满足他们的需要
As educational system that can take into account the specific needs and interests of each student will help the students fully inspare their distinct potential and talent ,which is available and crucial in the process of the teaching and learning between teachers and students.In such an educational systerm,students ,feeling centered and appreciated,will be more motivated to study.Along with communions between teachers and students,the educational quality will be improved step by step.
However, carrying out this process absolutely is unfeasible which restricted by several aspects such as the proportion between teachers and students ,the quality of the educational resources and conditions of students themselves .In fact,every school or college possesses numerous students compared with the countable number of teachers.therefore,school and teacher has no abundant time and energy to fulfill this requirement according to the demand and interest of each student.
Furthmore,the aim of education is cultivating all-around (all-sided) developed person with ability.Even if students have the opportunity to obtain the unique education based on their interests,it is possible that what they have learned in the school entirely disatisfies requirement what the society actually need. After all,there exists the differences between tranditional general education and specifically designed education.Extremely emphasizing individual interests probablely results in(brings on) no integrality of knowledge structure which students have learned in schools.
Although complete liberty in designing is not executable to all individual students,schools can try their best to offer more choice and autonomy to students as long as the quality of compulsory education is guaranteed.For instance,on the basis of compulsory(obligatory) curriculums,students are able to choose the optional curriculums in which they are interested.This measure is not only contenting students needs but aslo enriching and expanding their views.
In my view, carrying out utterly specifically designed education is not practicable in any condition,which is disadvantageous to not only the development of students themselves in future but aslo improvement of the society.At the same time,schools have no ability and conditions to meet students’needs.

本人觉得这篇作文写的既痛苦又糟糕。不过还是硬着头皮上吧，请多多指教啦:o
