无非那么几种：
1：整体做完一起涂，这个时间至少留个2分钟，对类似我这种慢人不适用

2：做一个部分涂一个部分：这个办法比较折中，但是做到长阅读的时候，建议做一个涂一个

3：边做边图，偶适用
偶：类反7-8分钟，填空涂完差不多深16-17分钟给阅读。

  (B) acquired.. hazards
  (C) somatic .. disorders
  (D) random .. deficiencies
  (E) typical .. standards

ALSO没有转折意思也不带同义的意思, 纯粹表示同时发生, 表示转折的是paradoxically, 而且根据前面 frequent air travelers remain  unconvinced也能推知这种感受是不被他们所接受的

这道题比较恶心的是涉及到了背景知识, jet lag是指飞行时差, 就是坐飞机跨越时区后引起的时间感丧失, 跟熬夜结果差不多, 所以一般都是不舒服的, 于是对应paradoxically的就是它能带来好处了.

从句意上看选D没问题，不过如果只从第二个空格来看的话，even不是强调程度吗？如果从这点来看，第二个空格应该是easy的程度更深的词才对啊？B的第二个词不是更好吗？我做的时候根据陈圣元的“攻其一点，不及其余”，只看了第二空，没多想就选了B....以后遇到even这样的该怎么处理呢？

斑斑麻烦再解释下这个？谢谢！
