Athough the professional educators play a important role in the procedure of educating,
we should not overlook the tremedous surport and a vital function that both parents and
communities can serve as if they involed in the local school to help educate a person in
lots of aspects.
   
    As we all know, the professional educators do serve an indispensible role to educate a
student. As a student, we spend most of our time in school, and turtors are only the place
where we can grasp the knowledge from. In addtion, the educators are kind of like our
"parents" in school, we not only get lots of our knowledge but also some moral values ,
world view etc, which are of equal importance of the knowledge, from the educators. They
also teach us  how to get along with other people  in the society and how to cooperate with
colleages in the work. As we can see, they have a seminal impact on our education and we
learn lots of things in various aspects from them.
   
    However, education can not make its ends meet without the help of parents and
communities.  Education do not just mean acquiring as much knowledge as we can, and a person
with full of knowledge does not neccessarily mean he/she is a successful or perfect person.
There are lots of other things such as the moral value, personal world view etc we should
learn besides konwledge. Athough we sometimes can learn a few of these things from the
educators, their primary job is to teach us the lessons, it is our parents who are
responsive for our moral aspect education. As the old saying goes, like farther, like son. A
student spend most of his spare time in the family and community, and a student can be
affected a lot by the people around him due to their inmatuerity. Thefore, the family and
the communities play a vital part in shaping a person's personality, world view, which can
not substitued by educator.         
   Meanwhile, both parents and communities have a profound influence on the education. As
there are a large number of students in the school, the educators do not have time deal with
each student by themselves, they just serve as a guider who give the guidelines for student
to learn. But we are all different, we all have our own speciallity, the method to learn
provided by the educator do not suit for all of us. So the parents who familiar with us much
better, can give us lots of sussugetions to our study, then we may learn much faster and
progress quikly.

  In sum, as we all know, the world's future is in the hands of next generation, and to have
a better image of the world' s future, we should not let the education of the next
generation to be solely left to the proffessional educator, for parents and communities play
a seminal role in the eduction.
