Firstly, there is no doubt that a good and effective educational system is very helpful to the growth of children. And the progress of our educational system is based on the joint efforts of professional educators and parents, as well as communities. Why can we not ignore the influence of parents? As is well known, parents are the persons who are the most acquainted with their children. They know what characteristics their children are, what their children are really interested in and other special personalities. In that case, the education that parents can give to them will be more specific and effective. Please, remember what the purpose of education is, and that there are different levels of education. On the other hand, the care and love that children received from their parents have a profound influence on their psychology and personality formed, as well as their mind cultivation.

Secondly, communities also play a crucial role in the education to children. Generally speaking, communities can be compared with a relative smaller society, which can help children to adapt the actual society more easily to some extent. And it is highly possible to provide a good community environment, where children’s individual creativity and pacing can be well developed. The role of the community cannot be substituted by the school.

Finally, there is no denying that the important roles of professional educators play in the education. Although the parents know well about their children and give enough care to them as possible as they can, there is still limited and not sufficient. The parents may make decisions more upon the considering of their own children, and so lack the general or whole conception of education. In addition, most of parents don’t attend the specialized education training. In that case, it is highly possible that the education methods they adopted will not exactly suit for their children, while the professional educators usually take more professional measures to instruct students. After all, students go to school not only can learn the necessary academic knowledge, but also receive the more systematic guidance. Therefore, on no account can we ignore the important influence of professional educators.

In sum, I concede that both parents and communities must be involved in the local schools. Nonetheless, professional education should also be put great emphasis on. In my view, the well fostering of the children does not simply depend on family education, but on a good cooperation among parents, communities and schools.
