请问如果退考会退报名费吗？或者是收退考费

ETS collegeboard will not refund the fee you paid if you cancel your seat.
However, I am eagerly need one seat of SAT, please contact me , so I will pay you doule amount of the fee and you won't loss any money.

I Really wanna a seat of Oct  SAT ( Nov and Dec SAT is OK too), I am willing to pay twice the original price to buy it.
