我选的也是这个，猜的，刚查了一下conscientious也有负责的，勤勉的意思，和diligentt对应，看来没准猜对了。

我觉得不应该是conscientious,因为这是个反义对比，应该是与diligent相反的那个意思

有一道是说在中国古代音乐是上层次人欣赏的东西, 低层人不让听什么什么的. 还有一道题是见过的; 说英国的地方广播电视之类的东西的口音虽然不象以前区别那么大但也有区别什么的.

不是吧，后面那个分句有一个状语，occasionaly还是什么的，是说很少奖励diligent的；而前面是奖励不好的学生

也许我跟其他题目弄混了。
