Human society is a process of exploring and making development, in which research plays an indispensable role as a key open the unknown and mysterious gate of nature and cosmos. When biologist discovers some new kinds of virus or microorganisms, terrorist may even spread this species into some countries shaking the stability of the world. Thus, researchers have responsibility to restrict the use of these explorations. Nevertheless, there is no fault of those researches, which mainly depending on the sponsors who using these results into practice.
