  In this argument,the arguer concluded that we should adopt our own set of retrictions on landscaping and housepainting in order to raise property values in Deerhaven Acres. The argument which surport his oppinion is only the case in nearby Brookvile community. The argur mentioned that Brookville community adopted a set of restrictions on how the community’s yards shoud be landscaped and what colors the exteriors of homes should be painted. And in arguer’s view, because of such policy , the average propety values have tripled in Brookvile. However, I would like to suppose his argument incapable to hold.
   To begin with, we must make up clear that why Brookvile’s average property had gone up? Was that because the people adopted a set of uniform landscapeing and painting? Such measures may made their community more beautiful but it may contribute only a little to the growth of the property value. The factors which may influence the house price are so many including the development of the local economics, the people’s income situation, the location of the property, the decorating leval of the houses and so on, in which whether the houses are decorated uniformly or not played only a very limited part to decide its value.In this argument,the author didn’t provide any other situation about Brookvile It is probably that near Brookvile a new scenery was discovered and was begun to develop or a new economic developing zone was going to be constructed which make the property going up. All the same, Uniform decorating has some to be said in its favor, since it at least help to make the community appears with a great visual effect which perhaps in turn make the value higher.
   In order to raise property values in Deerhaven Acres, we must be based on the practical case here not imatating Brook’s experience mechanically but using it for reference. We should pay attention to the houses’ own qualification and develop the surrounding environment to make Deerhaven more comfortable to live and more convenient to work. Only more and more people are willing to live here our propety value will go up not decided as the arguer said to whether to adopt a retrictions on landscaping and housepainting, if it realy weighs, the author should provide more persuasive argument such as most people bought houses there for their uniform decorating way. If there is not such evidence,we can’t arrive at the author’s argument and accept his proposition.
