   Productive and social system, which interact and propel with each other. In this
relationship, productive is mainbody, social system will be improved constantly in terms of
productivity. In early age of human beings, no shapened social system until productivity
came to some degree, that time slave and slave owner came out, sequently feudality and
capitalism. For artist and critic, in my view of point, just like productive and social
system. If no any artist's works, what do the critic criticize. But likewise, although the
artist are mainbody, both of them are equal important: Artist create spiritual treasure,
critic propel artist create better one.
   A sage ever said, "Everyone is artist!" I do believe this. Art is this thing, which is
from people's thinking, and at the same time influence people's thinking. Novels, films,
paintings... no any one work of art is not our intelligence's outcome. Shakespeare's "Romeo
and Juliet" stemmed from his desire to love, Da Vinci's "The last dinner" was his hatred to
inner dirty soul of mankind, Beethoven's symphony of "Destiny" expressed his brave heart to
challenge fate. Those costful masterpieces of art in human's history always impact our
thoughts and behaviors, color our spiritual lives, beauty our souls. I can say that without
any hesitation art make mankind different from other animals. As a famous critic goes, "Art
make us great!" We create so large amount of material wealth in order to satisfy our lives.
Computer, car, plane, internet... to the end, all of them become art's subordinates which
are used to satisfy our spiritual needs. To some extent, art indeed can evaluates one
person. Almost all the people who make some achievements have been influencing the whole
world, no wonder Franklin said:" Charm of works of art never fade with time goes." I can
never image the situation without art's nurturing. If it is true, then we are robot who are
taken brains away. Terrified! Maybe someone will point that scientist is great but they are not artist
However, who can really say science is not art. Albert Einstein ever said: " For me, experiment is art, it
make me addict into it." As a well-known painter, Raphael is also a inventor. In fact, this
is because art root in people's thinking. Here, we have to be grateful about art that give
us the countless treasure.
   Art's progress due partly to critic. I must admit that artists always can think out
some new ideas, this is a important reason that artists can create better works.
Nevertheless criticism is a crucial role in prompting art forward. Depp, hollywood's famed
movie star, was criticized as a crap who would never got success by many critics in his
early career of actor. Depp himself confessed that he felt very depressed and it was true he
did very bad, thence he tried his best to imitate those movie stars' shows like Mel Gibson,
despite they did not like each other that time, Finally, under the torture of critics, Depp
got a big success through improving his skill of acting because of " Caribbean Pirate".
Indeed, negative will always get work and then become a positive factor. As a Chinese
ancient saying goes," Good medicine always tastes bitter."
   In sum, art is our precious spiritual wealth that have been valuing the whole society.
But we must treat artist and critic with a balance view, after all , artist create spiritual
treasure, critic propel artist create better one.
