Education is a system of training and instruction of children and young people to help them acquire knowledge and ability and the development of personality and mental power. In this education system, not only professional educators but also parents and communities must be taken part in. I will discuss it in turn.

The family places a crucial role in children’s education. When one is born to the word, at his/her first glance, who is the first person he/she can remember is their parents; what are first words he/she can speak are Mama. Therefore, children learn something first from their parents. Additionally, for one person's life, the time he/she spends on school is much shorter than in family. What things are the parents do? How do the parents do? Why do they do like that? These all influence on children and attribute to the children’s development of EQ. In our history, the reasons that many great peoples make great achievements to a large extent due to the impact of their family. For example, Mare Criue, Poland-born scientist, is a greatest woman who won Nobel Prize twice. Her elder daughter, Irene Joliot-Criue, was deeply influenced by her, who learned the scientific attitudes from Mary. And because of Mary's research, when Irene Joliot was young she could touch the scientific world. Due to the family’s scientific atmosphere, Irene Joliot was interested in science, finally achieved success and also won the Nobel Prize.

When children grow older, they study in school, and teachers who are a group of professional educators is very important for them to develop IQ. Teachers have the responsibility to help children acquire knowledge. That is the elementary purpose of education. After children learn some basic knowledge, teachers will train them learning methods-how to learn. Furthermore, the final purpose of education is to make the children grow to a real man who can survive in the world by their knowledge, and they can work on the world. Some of them finally become the heroes of our word, and make great contributions to the whole world.

Last but not least, communities also influence on people's development. Actually, any person is a member of our society. During our childhood, we communicate with our friends and influence by them and also influence them. Young people first work in our society may learn many things from society which cannot learn from school and family. At that time, without good example, young peoples still go to the bad end. Thus the communities such as colleagues and business partners must be involved in our educations. Moreover, one educational experts proposed a new concept of that society can develop young peoples' MQ- moral quotation.

To sum up, family, professional educators and society are all important factors to children and young peoples' education. Thus, I cannot agree with that, as the statement said, education only a group of professional educators' duty and we can leave it solely to them. Our society’s future and development depend on young people and children. How to educate them well is crucial for whole society. Therefore, parents, teachers and communities should take responsibility for education at once.
