学校排名前十，金融学专业，GPA3.6，GMAT720+5，托福还没考（可能100左右）。没有paper,一个月实习经历，可以申请多少名的学校啊，有推荐的吗？
我有几个备选，大家参谋一下:
1. Duke University
2. Carnegie Mellon University
3. University of Virginia
4. Boston College (Carroll)
5.George Washington University
6.University of San Francisco（据说有个金融分析专业不错，所以有点兴趣）

金融硕士或金融工程自费还是有希望的
不过定位有点高啦
还是要申一些保险的学校
像iit，brandiese的申来保底啦

本科读金融申请很尴尬的，我当时也想继续读finance，最后还是去读了经济。给你说一下情况吧

Duke只有econ ma，没有金融ma，不过financial economics 是在econ ma 下面的。Finance 和 econ Phd 一般不在国内招，基本从国内不可能申请到的。

另外，你考了gmat，你基本只能申请msf和mba的金融，因为金融工程和金融phd大多都是只能用GRE的申请的。
而且mba你工作经验太少了，top50的学校都要求至少2年，平均5年,当然也有本科毕业就去的，不过是很例外的。

msf没有什么好学校开，princeton是唯一开的top10，不过申请到的概率<0.1％。boston college msf 对工作经验也有较高要求。
如果你钱不是问题的话，而且铁了心学金融的话：uiuc和gwu的msf很容易进，ad狂，可以拿来保底。

According to your profile and my experience, GMAT is not so important.
Key 1: your GPA
Key 2: your marks in some courses: Math, econ and finance.
I know a guy GPA 90%, GMAT 720+ and 8 math courses from math department(not from econ or general department), holding a 2nd tier U B.A. from China, got only a top 8-15 program (MSF) in Ca, maybe comparing to top 60-120 in US. He says his classmates have the similiar profile as him.
