"Both parents and communities must be involved in the local schools. Education is too important to leave solely to a group of professional educators."


提纲：
1.       同意
2.       国际学校并非明智选择,一方面它会给学生带来负面压力,影响学生的成长与学习,另一方面它会给家庭带来巨大的压力,除此以外,他还会影响社会稳定性,阻碍社会进步和发展
3.       本地学校是明智之选,因为它符合因地制宜的优势,而且能够克服国际学校的缺憾
4.       教育非一人之功,少数个人难以给与本地教育巨大的推动力,需要社会团体等社会各界的共同努力,不能把教育的发展认为是少数教育家的分内事


作文：
Nowadays, more and more parents send their children to International school in order to get better training, and it is being a trend. Because of this, less attention is paid for local school by both parents and communities. In my view, I think it is unnecessary; all of the society should turn their attention back to local school.

First, International school is not the best choice for the parents as they thought. In one side, learning in International school can contribute little benefit for students’ learning. However, it brings much negative effect to students. A survey present in XinMing Night Newspaper which was conducted by a famous local school in Shanghai points out that about 74.32% students from international school can not earn a better performance in school and hardly enter in famous college or university they want. Although international school has better equipments for teaching and learning, the students learn in an uncomfortable environment with a big pressure which comes from their parents and the society. Thus, they are more anxious than local school students, in original learning, they are hardly to concentrate their spirit into their work, they can barely get confidence from their work, and they can not perform very well in their study. International school turns to a heavy bag on the back of the students. In another side, sending children to International school will make parents feel big pressure. Learning in international school needs more money than local school, so the economic pressure is enormous for these parents. It is so pity that these parents transfer such pressure to their children in kinds of forms and the students are added more anxious. It is seriously impact their study. Besides, more children want to learning in International school and less children learn in local school will bring an unbalanced ratio in education system, and will impact society's stabilization.

Second, local schools can know what their students want and what their students need locally instead of widespread, and then adjust their teaching method and part of content according to changed requirement. It will be much more agility. More suitable the contents students learning will be for local improvement. Admittedly, local school can overcome most disadvantages which international school has.

Third, only rely on solely power can not improve local school’s progress; it needs all society's support, including both parents and communities. On the assumption that if there is only 1% people offer their passion to local school, meanwhile, there are 99% people present an indifferent attitude to local school, then 1% passion will be inundated with 99% indifference. If 1% parents believe local school's effect, while other 99% parents still pay their attention to international school, the 1% parents can not reverse the statues at all. If all of the parents believe local school's effect, while communities put all of their money and attention to international school, then local school can only get poor equipments, worse teaching environment, less professional teachers and so on. The quality of teaching will be doubtful. Local school is an important part of education, so as to the education. Education is not a solely item, one person's power is only a drop in a marine, it can help education get little improvements. In Chinese, there is a motto, “When education get one small step, humans will get a big step”, so everyone should do care for education, not leaving to others. Professional educators are only the planners and the spokesman of the society, they can not take the responsible of the education’s progress.

Thinking over above aspects, we should call for the entire society's sight for local schools improvement.
