What are some important qualities of a good supervisor (boss)? Use specific details and examples to explain why these qualities are important.

While stepping into a new department, which part will you pay more attention to? The boss, the fellow or the instruments? I believe most people would make so important a choice that boss first. Assuredly, a respected boss who should possess several essential qualities always considers the development and relationship of the department as a whole.

First of all, the boss should necessarily have the overall comprehended ability of the department the most effective bellwether supervises. In our collective opinion, the kind of bosses consider development of the whole department to be benefit, do their endeavor to improve the development and advancement of the company, as well as the well-being of people during their tenure. What’s more, no matter in a government, a university or a family, there will be a supervisor steering the rudder of integral position and other personnel take charge of some detail parts. George Washington, the founder of the U.S, can be regarded as an apt illustration during the establishment of the USA.

Next, outstanding ingenuity would increase the supervisor’s authority. In the modern society, powerful rules could not catch hold of everyone’s heart, on the contrary, it would result in the negative influence which the boss unwillingly face at. Most people would give their respect and admiration to the genuine boss with excellent ideas. From the TV program, it is easy to find that most of the supervisors either have high educational level or have extremely abundant experiences even some are very young. That’s why makes them rich of fascination to command so huge a troop.

In addition, making the underling’s relationship united and harmonious should exist in the supervisor’s body. As is known to all, the working atmosphere is as important as the wages the boss provides. When seeking the job, some people hope to pursue a comfortable atmosphere but not the money. At this time, the boss should open the comprehensive heart to encourage the loser and praise the winner. Joking with employee when the situation is serious; considering the advices when some negative sound burst out. Thus, everyone would try their best and make unremitting endeavor in any projects.

To sum up, as an eminent leader, the boss should possess the insight of whole situation with a brilliant notion and unite the underling simultaneously. Those are the important qualities the boss bears.



do you prefer to live with roommates or you prefer to live by yourself

As it to me, I would like live with roommates. Although I like reading and thinking, even listening soft music, the feeling of loneliness would make me scared sometimes. On one hand, the roommates would give me certain help when I am troubled. This important process seems simple but always contains further meanings. I could not imagine that I fall over without anyone by my side. On the other hand, I can share my joy and sorrow with my roommates. The communication between people could not be lost. Once it happens, the one will lose, too. It is not an enjoyment talking about NBA, scandals or experiences with my roommates.
