成功的领导人需要什么品质？

As a matter of fact it could be a tantalizing question to those who are inclined to be leaders in the future. Judging from different aspects such as how employees feel, which direction the whole group step towards, we can see it arouses a variety of controversial issues. Thus our young leaders might find themselves inevitably involved in a confusion when it comes to determine which quality they should possess and which one should not. However, as far as I am concerned, optimism, honesty, a sense of humor, those three qualities are significant for a competent leader.

To begin with, the reason for my propensity to optimism is that holding a positive attitude helps those leaders figure things out. Challenges and difficulties come all the time in today’s society due to the rapid pace of development. And how could we imagine a leader who is sighing all the time could conduct the whole group to victory while facing threatening competition from another group? How could we imagine a leader who has no confidence at all could tackle the complicated realtionship between employees? In contrast, a optimistic leader would never give up in the face of inferior or exferior challenges, therefore he or she could keep the high-leveled morale of people nearby.

Moreover, genuineness is indispensible as well because a leader has to coodinate the relationships between employees. A To guarantee a efficient working condition, reaching a consensus is a obligatory accessory. dishonet leader might solve some problems temporarily by using purposed diplomacies, however, a circulation of lies occupies usually because he or she has to keep self-credit by telling more lies to conceal the reality. It is obvious that this lie-constructed realtionship is not concrete and potential destructions might emerge around the near corner, therefore the uniformaty stands as a lasting concern.

In addition, the value of a sense of humor could not be neglected by a promising leader. As we could see, making a suitable and clever joke is always an efficient way to comfort faculties from being exausted after a longday tight-nerve work. What’s more, being a leader does not mean to be a perfect human being, and how should those brilliant deciders behave while implicated a twisted situation or even committing a mistake themselves? A joke funtions again. Those smooth ones just make a self-humiliating joke hence the uncomfortable atmosphere is dissolved and they could handle things calmly, resulting in less futher flaws.

On the contrary, some one would argue a leader should be an entire disciplinarian with excellent capability. Nevertheless, those qualities are not as valuable as the three qualities I mentioned above for I always believe that leaders’ primary work is to make faculties work better rather then advance themselves.

After all those factors are contemplated, it could not be complex for us to vindicate that the qualities of optimism, honesty, a sense of humore are essential for a preeminent leader.
