口语:When you choose a career, what factor is the most important, money or your personal satisfaction?
Words: 90
For me, I think my personal satisfaction is more important. First, from the point view of myself, if I choose a career that satisfies my personal satisfaction that means this career is interesting to me, I can do this job happily and highly efficient[if从句里的that多了,改成if I choose a caeer that satifies my personal satifaction, it means that this career is interesting to me, so I can do this job happily and highly efficiently, 这样之后这个句子能更有层次感一些]. For me, happily working is what I am chasing. Second, from the point view of company, because I can do this job highly efficient, I can bring more profit to the company. This is good to a company, since profit is very important to a company.[还有efficient是形容词,你的这段话里都用错了,应该都用efficiently]

The lecture talks about the reason why people travel to distant lands. The professor mentions such as Hemingway's big game hunts, ethnic tourism, and environmental tourism relevant to the reading.[很简洁扼要,不错!]
First, the reasons for travelling have changed over centuries. The professor says that in the past, the main reasons are political or economic, but now are personal enrichment or adventure. This point is similar to the reading. It is mentioned in the reading that while the earlier traveled for resources, the later for culture, educational, and scientific purposes.
Second, the professor mentions two new kinds of tourism, ethnic tourism and environmental tourism. The tourists of today pursue personal growth, recreation or something like this. In ethnic tourism, traveller can have a touch with different cultures, social customs and so on. This is similar to the reading, which mentioned Europeans went through Europe to expand their cultural horizons and so on, but this kind of tourism happened in the seventeenth century, not today. Another type of tourism, environmental tourism, which is travelling to wilderness areas. This is similar to the reading that naturalists travelled exotic places to study animal and plant species, but this happened in nineteenth century, not today as well.
Third, Hemingway illustrates the conquest idea in tourism. However, in the reading, Hemingway's action is considered to be kind of adventure.
我觉得思路很独特,驳斥和赞同这两部分分配得也很均匀,很好啊。
