For me, I think my personal satisfaction is more important. First, from the point view of myself, if I choose a career that satisfies my personal satisfaction that means this career is interesting to me, I can do this job happily and highly efficient. For me, happily working is what I am chasing. Second, from the point view of company, because I can do this job highly efficient, I can bring more profit to the company. This is good to a company, since profit is very important to a company.
