Adopting the useful knowledge and experience of the outsiders, the field of study is prone to advance significantly. But it is not the only determination on advancement, the study can also develop with the help of the well-knowledge and well-cooperated pedestrians inside. Besides, when there are a variety of knowledge and experience from outside, it may become a thorny impediment on the way of advancing.

First, bringing the outside knowledge and experience into the field of science, which has reached a so-called peak or kept stagnant for a long period, would play an indispensable role on the advancement. There are copious examples in almost every sphere of study. For instance, Newton's bringing calculus of mathematics into physic directed physic to the microcosm; adopting the biological technology of cloning displayed a bright development in medicine;
the advisement from Bill Gate the magnate in compute field led an enormous increase in the economy. In short, the combination of two sciences brings in a renewal and active spirit.

Second, the great inventions , the amazing perseverance and the creative thought of the insiders are most  likely to promote significant advancement in the field. We should look no further than the example of the discovery of Rb. by the couple Juli(居里). They kept themselves in the laboratory day and night, tried nearly ten thousand materials, and were in the economic condition. At last, they found the new matter called Rt. which brought a brilliant epoch in chemistry.
And there are still a number of convincing evidence in  the aesthetic and artistic field. With the great physically and psychologically damage, Van Goph painted the famous draw of stars promoting the advancement of the art. Talented musician Beethoven composed the most touching symphony with his own particular perspective to life. All of these great promotion display that the great advancement surely can be taken by the proficient insiders.

Furthermore, useful and relevant knowledge and experience of the outsiders may bring about development, to the contrary, too much advisement and divergent views from outside will do harm to the development. Attempt to adopt various experience only brings a nonsense debate without satisfied conclusion, and impedes the plan of construction.
