基本情况：sichuan university,major finance, sophomore transfer to the university of Nebraska-Lincoln major：actuarial science scholarship$10020 per year and renewable, all fees:$28000 per year

which univ will you go?
me:The University of Nebraska-Lincoln in the major of actuarial science.
vo:any scholarship do you have?
me:yes,the university gives me $10020 per year
vo:how do you get it?
me:i apply it online....(被打断）
vo:only online? I mean do you write some letters for it ?
me: of course I have, I gave my resume, personal statement, transcripts and based on these they consider me is very outstanding in maths which is very important to the major actuarial science
vo:I mean the letter just for the scholarship, not for the application
me: yes I wrote one
vo:how do you say in it ?
me: I told them that l was very interesting in the actuarial science in their university and I had very strong ability in the field of maths and English which was very important to the major. And I really need the scholarship to finish my study for it not only a sum of money but also a acknowledgment to my ability
vo:are you taking gaokao this year?
Me: no, I took it 2005
Vo: so you in the university now?
Me: yes ,in Sichuan university
Vo: how long?
Me: 2 years but actually my dream was go to guanghua management school of peking university to study insurance, but unfortunately I failed in the entrance exam, so I have to go to Sichuan university…..(被打断)
Vo：ok tell me the incomes of your parents
Me: need the certificates?
Vo: no, just tell me
Me: ok, my father’s yearly income is about 53000 and my mother’s income is about 56000 form the Chongqing normal college and what’s more she has a part time job that can bring her 34000 a year
Vo: so the total income is around 140000 per year?
Me: yes. And I have deposits, do you need the certificates?
Vo: no. your housing certificates
Me: here
Vo: which one do you live in?
Me: the first one
Vo: well, who will pay for your study?
Me: the university gives me the scholarship accounting for 10020$ per year and my parents will pay for the remain

Me: do you need my certificate of deposits?
Vo: no
Me: do you need the certificates of my parents income?
Vo: no
Me: and any information about my major?
Vo: no
At last
Vo: I have to tell you that unfortunately I can not give you the visa this time
Me: could you give me a reason?
Vo: ok. I do not think you need to study in the us and it must be a heavy burden for your parents depends on the information you told me. Your parents’ income is 140000 totally, but that’s not enough for your study in the us.
Me: but I have deposits and houses. You can see my certificates…
Vo: no need. They are not enough .
Me: and the salary of my parents is just the same as the tuitions and fees
Vo: no, not enough, I am sorry.

个人感觉自己在回答奖学金那一块时说得不是太好，vo没有纠缠我的转学问题，但也没有看我的存款证明就拒了，收入证明也没有看，拜托各位提提意见啊，2000的时候还该怎么准备？
