TOPIC: ISSUE36 - "The greatness of individuals can be decided only by those who live after them, not by their contemporaries."

When we enter the library, facing tremendous biographies wrote by different people in different eras about a same great man or women, would we get a little confused at the various comments they make? According, we may find a regulation that the magnitude of era could be proportional to the degree of impersonality. I agree mostly on the point that the greatness of individuals can be decided only by those who live after them, not by their contemporaries, however, it is not scrupulous for ignoring the premise of this issue.

I figure that democracy and society conscious and culture would affect a lot on the validity of this viewpoint.

Admittedly, in a despotic society several hundred years ago, most of the tragedies known could indicate that talented and great man always would not be accepted by the public especially  ruling caste, Mozart would be the best example to illustrate this point, it is well known that the great composer was boned with great talent in Austria-he could play piano when he was 3 year old ,even write score four years old- but when he grew up, enormous court composers with high status envied his talent further, they exert potency to frame him which resulted in his death  , even after his death, they banned the publishing of Mozart's music and slandered his great achievements. That might arrive at the conclusion presented above.

In addition, if one's achievement would against the society conscious , the greatness of him or her then also could just decided by those who live after them . Albert Einstein would be the best example, under his extreme hobby of physics and brave queried characteristics and amazing imagination, he put forward theory of relativity, and pointed out a bunch of ray would get bended when it pasts some objects with tremendous mass, it seems ridiculous and far exceeding the understanding of society and even 7 scientists could interpret his idea at that time. So many years later , after other scientist did experiments and  proved  his points, then his achievement started to get admitted.

However , in modern times , when most of our society is democratic , and people already could accept new minds well , we already get the ability to judge the individuals as a contemporaries , Steven Hockings, the man who presents black-hole theory in oxford university is welcome and famous in the world around , although many people would not understand the substantial meanings of his mind , but it seems our society prefers the guy who could query the traditional theory .and in this circumstance, Steven hocking is accolades by the famous magazines as the greatest scientists which contains Albert Einstein, it is obviously no matter his theory is valid or wrong , it is undeniable he contributes a lot to our society and would be memorized by the history

In sum , in my opinion ,under the premise that society is democratic and individuals' achievement would not violate the major culture of society , contemporaries could judge and give a discreet comment on  the greatness of individuals. However, it’s very likely that people would have other view on this controversial issue, but it is undoubtedly that the discussion above will certainly be helpful to the awareness of this issue.

大城市形成著名文化遗产的过程很长，而这些文化遗产有很容易被破坏，需要金钱、注意力以及保护力度的加强！
文化遗产的踪迹不仅是在实物上，还在精神上，而且大城市比乡村更加重要!并以文艺复兴时期的佛罗伦萨为例，文化遗产越多，保护的力度需要的钱越多!
但是在文化遗产方面的投资回报很少，政府处于很尴尬的状态！如果一部分用于文化遗产的投资能够被用来进行对它的宣传以达到双向投资的话会更好的.
然而，小城市和边远地区乡村不应该被忽视，他们拥有的文化遗产正处于很危险的边缘，虽然它们的文化遗产不是那么显著，但也是人类宝库中很重要的一部分，而且对这些地方文化遗产的保护需要的钱很少！

According, we may find a regulation（这个词不大用来表示规律） that the magnitude of era could be proportional to the degree of impersonality（我大概的理解是“相应的，我们可以发现一个规律...什么和什么成比例”，觉得这句话有点问题）. I agree mostly on the point that the greatness of individuals can be decided only by those who live after them, not by their contemporaries, however, it is not scrupulous for ignoring the premise of this issue（...是不小心的？）.（这一段总共三句话，中间一句我没看懂，所以我仅知道你最后表明了你的观点）

In sum , in my opinion ,under the premise that society is democratic and individuals' achievement would not violate the major culture of society , contemporaries could judge and give a discreet comment on  the greatness of individuals. However, it’s very likely that people would have other view on this controversial issue, but it is undoubtedly that the discussion above will certainly be helpful to the awareness of this issue. （最后一段和首段为什么不照应一下）

总体感觉基本观点有，但不是很清晰，支持需要更大的力度。尤其要注意的是语法错误，有时甚至很影响理解。
