The arguer considers that property values in Deerhaven Acres will increase if the residents adopt a set of restrictions on landscaping and housepainting. However, I could not draw the same conclusion as the arguer declaims after I carefully test the evidences. There are several logical flaws in the arguer's argument, as discussed below.

First of all, the Argument is based on a false analogy. The arguer simply assumes that the average property values will increase like Brookville but he does not provide any evidence that the Brookville and Deerhaven Acres are indeed comparable. As we know, the values of a community differ conspicuously. It depends on many conditions such as location, quality of buildings and convenience of communication. The landscapes and adorn of building are subordinate factors. As a result, Deerhaven Acres and Brookville do not establish a warranted analogy. So we cannot safely assume that the auger's opinion is inerrant.

Secondly, the restrictions of Brookville community have been set up for seven years. During these years, it is possible that property values of all other communities nearby Brookville have risen fivefold. Comparing that the property values of Brookville have only tripled in the last seven years, the restrictions about landscape and exteriors' colors might be the reason which affect the property values. Or perhaps the other communities' property values have also tripled as Brookville during seven years. Then, the set of restrictions of Brookville has little use. Without any compared data about other communities nearby, I could not be convinced that it is the restrictions that help to increase property values of Brookville.

Thirdly, even if the set of restrictions of Brookville is helpful, it is possible that there are other methods to increase the average property values of Brookville. Perhaps some rich owners adorned their houses inside using very expensive materials to sharply raise the property of their houses, which increased the average proper of Brookville. Or perhaps a lot of famous companies founded nearby making property of Brookville more expensive, which push the raise of Brookville community's property.

At last, the arguer does not provide any evidence to support that a set of restrictions in Deerhaven Acres on landscaping and housepainting could be accepted by residents. The residents of Deer haven Acres might have customs to adorn their own house, or they like to change their outside landscapes and colors often. Moreover, to keep outside adorn of all the buildings similar lies on some disadvantages to embarrass the restrictions, such as it is difficult for residents to find their own houses.

In summary, the arguer should provide more evidences to support his suggestion. Unless he gives more detailed information comparing Brookville with Deerville Acres, I am not sure that the property values in Deerhaven Acres will increase after the residents adopt their own set of restriction on landscaping and housepainting.

2、没证据证明T高中和A高中可以比较。可能T校的学生理科的多,喜欢计算机的多。而A校可能文科的学生多,如果改成计算机课程,可能学的人更少。
3、没有关于学生的调查,不知道学生是怎么想的。

总体来说错误都写到了,但是每个错误还可以展开来些 论证比较泛 可以尝试深入些

这几天一直在看前辈关于阿狗的分析。有所感触,今天就找了两处地方,作为例子分析了下。  这是我对于段内展开的看法 反例,一定要反动到底, 推出最后的反面结果来证明其论断是错的;有时候确实你觉得推一步就能推出来得东西没必要写,但是写出来意义上就完整了,也不费事,对吧?--不见得是对的, 欢迎讨论^_^
