issue51. Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student.

There is no doubt that education should pay more attention on the needs and interests of students, but it is impossible for education to satisfy every student.
提出话题：怎样的教育才是真正有效的教育？
由于教育分广义和狭义，所以这里要给教育一个界定，这里所谈的教育是学校里的Education institute。
狭义的教育的目的有：1。授予学生做人处事的道理，也可说世界观；2。授予学生基础知识；3。授予学生专业技能上的知识；
为了达到这样一个目的行之有效的办法有很多，因此并不局限于要针对每个学生的需要和兴趣。
从而展开论证
1。（让步）很显然，注重学生的个人爱好，对于发展其个性特长等方面是有效的方法，减少一些学生对学习厌烦的情绪，激发个人特长的培养。比如说丁俊辉从
很小就开始打snooker，杨辉对于数学的热爱也是从小就培养起来的。
另外如果学校注重个人的兴趣爱好培养，会让学生对学校产生热爱，渐渐可能会对一些本来不感兴趣或不太感兴趣的课产生兴趣，举一些例子。
2。（反对）但是，从个体的差异以及成本来看，要满足每一个学生的需要从可行性来讲是不可能实现的。因此有可能会埋没人才。
3。（为什么反对）就算学校尽全力来为每一个学生设计，不是所有的学生从很小就对自己的未来有清楚的认识，往往大多数人在成年了之后并非从事他们小时候
感兴趣的东西，而是在积累了一定的基础知识之后才发现了自己所适合的发展方向。所以教育不可能来事先为每一位学生设定好最适合他们的学习计划。
4。（解决办法）所谓有效的教育，也就是说能够在最短的时间内培养出能为社会做出贡献的人才。注重个人的需要和兴趣的培养是其中之一（驳only），而必要
的大众化的基础教育也不容忽视，而且培养人才必须顺应时代的发展，有了新的科技就要不断发掘这方面的人才进一步培养等等。
（结论）人才对于发展是必不可少的要素，而教育又是产生人才必不可少的过程，虽然也有不少天才们可以自学成材，但是对于大多数人来说有效的教育是成材的
关键。

Education of an individual bifurcates into two, life and institute education, and they intertwines with each other through the individual's life.  Education itself aims to help the individual become useful to the society after his graduation.  And how effective education could be in this process depends on the methods we take in cultivating the students.  The destination of education is clear: to broaden and correct the worldview of an individual; to help the student gain fundamental knowledge; and to teach the student knowledge of one or some specific majors for his future career.  There are several accesses in reaching this goal.  And meeting the individual needs is only one of them.

Admittedly, paying more attention to the individual's needs and interests is seemingly an effective way in education.  It stimulates the students' interests in learning what they are truly in favor of and give them chances to probe into it from an early age.  Junhui Ding, the World Snooker Champion, started playing in his teen ages.  The world famous mathematician, Hui Yang, discovered his interest in math from also a very young age.  It is undeniable that this education method is effective to those who have already found their interest when they were young.  Also, these interests may help increase their love for their schools, so that eventually they may develop their interests in other courses.

However, not everyone is that lucky in finding what suits him the best from that young age.  The general education process really takes time and energy.  In the aspect of differences between individuals, the method of meeting everyone's need is definitely impossible.  Even when the institutes are willing to offer every student a specific design regardless of its cost, no one could really tell what they would be doing after a decade or two.  Opportunity flashes when time flies.  A useful and effective approach is to prepare for every possibility with strong fundamental knowledge no matter the student like it or not.  Surely, they will find the knowledge necessary during their career development.  From this point of view, we could easily find that a solid foundation is also an important part in a student's education.

Furthermore, with the fast develop pace in today's producing and financial industry, cultivation of students should also follow the trend of the era.  New technology improvements need talents in new fields or multidiscipline areas.  We could never know what tomorrow will be beforehand.  Thus, we could never make specific design for every student beforehand, too.  Actually, a student's interest might change after he has accumulated some of the knowledge and go on his study in another field.  For example, one could be interested in computer programming but found his great interest in telecommunication during his study in college.  With his great capability in Computer Science, he may achieve even more in the communication field.  How could education be designed for Bill Gates, before he founded Microsoft?  But this doesn't mean that planning is meaningless.  On the contrary, a good plan is definitely essential for it initializes the main direction for the student.

In conclusion, talent is an indispensable element to development and education produces talents.  An effective education policy is not only good but also necessary for a nation, taking the above discussion into consideration.

Education is crucial for both the individuals and the society.  The process is complicated and it takes time and energy.  The ultimate goal of education aims to help individuals become useful to the society and make contributions to the development of the nation.  And the possibility of achieving this goal depends on how effective education could be. The destination of education is clear: to broaden and correct the worldview of an individual; to help the student gain fundamental knowledge; and to teach the student knowledge of one or some specific majors for his future career.  There are several accesses in reaching this goal.  And meeting the individual needs is only one of them.(开头改了一下还是太罗嗦。)

Admittedly, paying more attention to the individual's needs and interests is seemingly an effective way in education.  It stimulates the students' thirsts of knowledge which they are truly in favor of and give them chances to probe into it from an early age.  Junhui Ding, the World Snooker Champion, started playing in his teen ages.  Although the training seems drab, Ding finishes it with great enthusiasm, which helps him win titles in contests.  Also, the world famous mathematician, Hui Yang, discovered his interest in math from also a very young age. All of his distributions to the research of mathematics helped him achieve a great deal in this field. It is undeniable that this education method is effective to those who have already found their interest when they were young.  （例子后至少一句的展开）Also, these interests may help increase their love for their schools, so that eventually they may develop their interests in other courses.
