The justice of law has long been controversial, different people may hold different views on this issue. As to me, I do not think that there are actually two kinds of laws as the author claims, so we should not disobey the so-called unjust laws.
To begin with, I think it is not right to simply divide law into the just and unjust ones. Firstly, different people and different society may have different views about what is just and what is unjust due to their different cultures and different  benefits.  For example, abortion is legal in some asian countries such as Japan and China, but it is contradict to the laws in America. So in this sesense, it is hard to give a standard on what is just or what is unjust, for different people have different opinions toward this issue.
Seondly, people's definition of justice changes from time to time. Even in a certain society, people's sense of justice changes a lot in different periods. Often, when people encounter new problems which they have never met before, the law system has to adjust a little because their sense of justice changes.For example, with the fast development of coloning technology, more and more people concern with the issue of coloning human beings. While most of the people in the world consider coloning people to be unjust, so they add changes to their laws that coloning human beings is illegal. This issue has not been discussed before, for they have never encountered such peoblems.Maybe several years latter, we will pass laws to allow coloning human in some medical aspects, no one can ensure that.So from this example, we can conclude that people' s sense of just and unjust changes from time to time.
Considering that simply divide law into just laws and unjust laws is not appropriate, we should not take negative acts to disobey the unjust laws.Instead I think all laws should be obeyed, or there will be big problems.Firstly,suppose if everyone has one's own reason to think certain law is unjust and disobey it, what the society will be like? Law is the production of human civilization, people develop laws to make sure that the society work in a good order.If most people in the society disobey its laws, the society will probably be in a mass, not say the development of this society.Moreover, people who obey the laws will feel unfair and dangerous to live in such a society.
Secondly, there are other ways rather than to disobey the so-called unjust laws to solve this problem, simply disobeying it is not the best solution. If most people think certain law of a society is qustionable, they can show their concern to the government. If the government consider their advice to be right, the government can change the law, nobody says the law can not be changed, but this progress has to be taken out in a proper way.Besides the disaster such activity can bring to the society as I mentioned above,it will bring bad luck to the person who chooses to disobey the law.Government has to punish whoever disobey the laws to obtain the good order of the society, there is no evidence that government has to change certain law because too many people disobey it.So from the discussions above, simply disobeying the so-called unjust laws can not help bring about the justice, but will produce a lot of problems both to the society and to the person oneslef.
To sum up, from the analysis and reasons presented above, I think any thoughtful person can get the same conclusion as me that, firstly it is wrong to simply divide law into just and unjust ones, secondly, simply disobeying the so-called unjust laws will bring more problems than it solves.The ultimate justice of our law system needs the efforts of all citizens, but firstly we should obey the existing laws.
