由于没怎么写过。所以，不知道题号.只记了题干大概的意思。

I-1  a nation's reputation or common wealth is more depended for all its common people rather than the leaders, artists, or great thinkers.

I-2  most people find a career on the pragmatic basis, say, the economy, few will find it without considering the money stuff, and put their talents and interests.. (anyway, sth. like that... )

A  09  omega university, the professor evaluation, inflated 30 percent grade risen,  Alpha university more successfully job-getting, so the dean want to end/terminate the assessment policy in order to get the graduation of Omega university a more secure and better job-hunting future...
