As to business, the richest giant Bill Gates who has abandoned the opportunity of studying in Harvard and persevered in his ideality, after remorseless endeavor, his production has meet to the need of people on computer and has taken human being into a brand-new epoch. Therefore, objectives and principle are the impetus for us to proceed forward, and a leader should make their efforts to insist on the correct aims.

On the other hand, any leader should respect for the will of commonality. The ultimate goal of a leader is to establish a peaceful and affluent environment for general people. If the leaders are obstinately persist in their targets and principles which are not fit for the society and impair the behalf of civilian, they would be doomed to failure and discard by people. Leaders should ceaselessly adjust strategic target to conform to the tendency of social development. For instance, Roosevelt meet Great Depression in his presidency, he break the tradition and put forward new principles and objectives to help American shake off the threat of economical depression and regain faith in American people.
