Laws in a society play as rules to indicate people's behavior, without laws the society would not be that ordered for residents to live. Laws are being reminded now and then for that there are some to be found have flaws which can be called unjust as the issue presents. And the issue also states that every one should obey just laws and disobey unjust laws which I am afraid I cannot agree.

First of all, we have a responsibility to obey the just laws which are objected by few people. These laws are ubiquitous in our society and as a qualified individual we have to do as what the laws tell to do. For example, we have to wait a signal of green light to cross roads, or accident will possibly happened. We should not undermine public facilities, or it will cause inconvenient to lots of people even the underminer. We need order in our society, and those laws work for that order, so we have to obey those laws.

Secondly, it is impossible to instituted laws which contain no defects, and there are certainly some laws seems unjust refer to the issue. These laws indeed create some unwilling constraint for people. However, we cannot decide to disobey as the first idea came up in the mind, because it is possible that when you disobey these laws, it will caused other more people's loss. The first idea should be go through with the laws for some time, and make complaint for the government. If there are lots of people facing the same problem as you, the government will take your idea seriously, and then the unjust laws would be possible reminded.

Last but not least, it is possible that the unjust laws actually do great harm to you. Only in this situation I think your have the right to resist. But you must considerate the situation carefully and take appropriate action to express your problem.

To sum up, laws play a vital part in our world, and always obeying laws is good for everybody. It is incontrovertible to obey the just laws which accepted by most of people, and when encounter unjust laws, you should think it twice when choosing to disobey.
