急问：ETS划钱失败

请问各位，我今天收到了咨询有关报名的邮件的ETS回信，ETS划钱失败，回信是这么写的：
Please be advised that your test registration payment of $150 was declined by your credit card company. Your outstanding balance of $170 is currently due and includes a $20 declined payment fee. An invoice statement explaining this matter will be mailed to you within the next three to five business days.
Until this balance is paid in full, we cannot process any service(s). To clear this account balance, please send $170 by check, money order, or valid credit card (American Express®, Discover®, JCB®, MasterCard®, or VISA®) to the following address.

我现在不会用支票和汇票，听说用支票和汇票要相当长的时间，我用VISA卡的话，不知道该怎么付帐呢 ？:mad

如果要重新报一次名的话，对我以后比如交申请费、送分、考试记录等ETS的服务有什么影响吗？:confused:
