Today when I listen to the Insight Into IELTS Extra, I find a sentence that I can not understand by myself, so I hope somebody who can give me a hand.

Sentence: "You are the third person who's asked for that today. I am afraid there is been a bit of a run on that book."

Here, what does the " there is been a bit of a run on that book" means?
