In this argument, the chairperson suggests that the Saluda school board should hire Mr. Schade to improve the genereal music education programs, because Steel City High School gets some significant achievements in music education, when Mr. Schade has been the music director for the past five years. However, carefully examinated the arguer's evidence, I could not agree with the arguer because there are several logical flaws in his inducements.

Firstly, the evidence that the school band from Steel City High has won three regional band competitions could not surely due to the working of Mr. Schade. It is possible that Steel City High School has some professional teachers who could direct the school band to be the best one in this region. Perhaps the members of the school band have achieve systemic training when they are in middle schools. Their achievements could not due to the practicing of Steel City High School. Or perhaps the other competors in three regional band competitions are too bad to compete with the school band from Steel City High School. Without detailed evidences about Mr. Schade's working in the band, I could not believe that the achievements of the school band could contribute to Mr. Schade.

Secondly, the evidence that the quality of the misic rehearsal facilities and musical instruments at Steel CIty High has improved in the past five years could not prove that the working of Mr. Schade is effective, either. Perhaps it is the Master of Steel City High or Mayor of Steel City decides to improve the music instruments and rehearsal facilities. Or perhaps the old music instruments and rehearsal facilities are too tired to be used. In this circumstance, Mr. Schade has to buy new ones to make music education could continue normally.

Finally, even if the success on music education at Steel City High School is result of Mr. Schade's hard work, the arguer still could not induce that the Saluda school board should hire Mr. Schade to direct and plan the general music education programs too. It is possible that the Saluda school does not have the same situation as Steel City High School. Perhaps the Saluda school has more boys and less girls than Steel City High causing students of the Saluda school are not interesting in music band at all. Or the quality of the music rehearsal facilities and musical instruments at the Saluda school are new enough which need not to be replaced. Without any powerful evidence to prove that the Saluda school faces the similar problems in music education as Steel City High Scool faced five years ago, I could be persuade that the arguer's advice is correct and reasonal.

In summary, the suggestion has several flaws which make it cannot let me believe it. In order to support his advice the arguer should advancely prove his opinions with more powerful detailed evidences.
