In the argument, the arguer advises that Clearview should be the best choice for people to retire in it. To support his opinion the arguer provides some evidences about Clearview's living condition. However, after carefully examing the arguer's suggestion, I find several flaws in his logic.

Firstly, housing costs in Clearview have fallen in the parst year could not prove that Clearview is a proper place for retire people to live in. There are many other possibilities which could cause decling of housing costs and do not suit to retire. It is possible that the circumstance has been polluted seriously in Clearview causing housing costs falling down significantly. Or there are excessly new houses have been bulit in the past year. On the other hand, fewer people choose to live in Clearview than before. Housing costs have to be decreased in order to attract people to buy them. Therefore, low housing costs could not certainly become one reasion why anyone should choose it to retire.

Secondly, the promising of Clearview's mayor about improving schools, streets and public services could not persuade me to believe Clearview is good to retire. People who need retirement always are old persons or patients. They should like to live in quiet and clean circumstances. If government focus on programs in rebuilding streets, it would prodece more noise and dust which would destroy natural beauty and quiet of Clearview. If governments improve schools, these methods seems have no any relationship to attract old persons or patients to live in Clearview. Moreover, even if public services are important in evalue living situation of Clearview, it will take a long time to reform them. Hence, the arguer's second evidence could not convince me, either.

Finally, only the number of physicians in Clearview is greater than the national average could not provee that retirees in Clearview could share excellent health care. The reason why Clwarview has so many doctors might because of huge population of Clearview. Many people more than the national average have lived in Clearview who need more physicians. But these doctors may not provide excellent health cares for retirees as the arguer assumpted. Or the number of physicians who could provide excellent health care maybe lower than the national average.

In conclusion, the arguer does not given persuasive evidence to support his opinion. In order to make his suggestion more logical the arguer should provide more detailed information about Clearview's living circumstance for retirees which could attract them choose Clearview to retire.
