As a new resident, I made mistakes because I didn’t know your local routine. Sorry for the inconvenience to you and the damages to our community environment. Thanks for your frank words and suggestion. Otherwise, I will do more pollution without notice. I will remember to put the battery into red dustbin & pack kitchen waste by waterproof plastic bag, throwing into green can. Please believe me I will put the garbage into the right place in time.
And could you please tell me how to dispose the coke’s cans? In the past, I sold to someone collecting them. It is workable here? Or, I should put those cans into the recycling dustbin?

I overvalued my house sound isolator by mistake. That is why I listen to music at night at such high decibel. Sorry for the inconvenience and troubles brought to you in the past weeks. I have asked the house agency to enforce the sound arresting. It promised me to come on next Friday. Before this maintaining, I am going to use earphone to enjoy music alone.

This time we climbed the West Hill, just beside our city. It takes 40 minutes by driving. Not too far for a weekend trip.

Paralleling this charming scenery, birds song while frogs echoed. I must mention the fresh air, so sweet. Why not go there with me next time when you have holiday. This place deserved second visitation.

Because there is a one-year project, which will begin in next Monday, I was sent by my boss to this metropolitan, Shanghai.
气候：It is quite different from our hometown, from the climate to the architecture. It is much hotter in summer. It will be tolerated in office with air-condition, but I guess I might be sunburned at the spot sometimes.
建筑：Skyscrapers, not traditional fabrics, stand all over here. My flat is also located in a high building. Thanks God, the lift is in order all the time. In the centre of my community, there is a big free garden. Colorful flowers & green grass feasts my eyes on the charming scenery. Thanks to its picturesque, I fell easy.

I would like to draw your attention about my telephone bill for last month.
What I received is not for me but for another person, called Mr. Smith. There is no doubt the bills were dispatched by mistake. As a result, I can not pay my bill in time. I called your service staff last Friday, whose working number is 1356, explaining this situation and asking for a re-sent bill.
But till now, nothing has been done. And yesterday your another customer service informed me that I was given a 10% fine for my payment delay. Although I made my points clearly to her, she insisted for the bloody rule!  
Obviously, it is not what I was expecting.
I wonder whether your can send the bill once again, WITHOUT fine, immediately. That is the best solution for both of us. Otherwise, I have no choice but to postpone payment & refuse fine.
