理论上都是当天晚上24：00前交，就算交完留位费，但是非常不建议到最后那天再交，因为一是可能支付会突然出现bug，二是学校收到钱...

硕士ic public health（目前未入学，博士方向想要继续public health 偏流行病
硕士十月份毕业
由于申硕的时候雅思考的比较晚，7（6.5）雅思明年应该还能用
因为本科和硕士专业不同，并且是一年硕，目前没有任何科研经历和pub
