                          Note
A.    Denizen registered permanent residence book has the forced effect in certificating denizen’s identity and relationships of the family members. It is the key gist for the denizen’s permanent investigation and check directed by the department of permanent residence registration. While the missionaries in the department of permanent residence registration is investigating and checking, householder or the family member should deliver the Denizen registered permanent residence initiatively.
B.    The householder should take care of the Denizen registered permanent residence book appropriately. Privately altering, transferring, lending is strictly banned. If lose, notify the department of permanent residence registration as soon as possible.
C.    The authority of registering denizen registered permanent residence is belonging to department of permanent residence registration. Any other units or individuals’ recordation on the book is not allowed.
D.    If there are any changes different to current status, declare the registration with the denizen registered permanent residence book.
E.    If whole family moves out of the domination district, Hand in the denizen registered permanent residence book to the department of permanent residence registration.
