在邮件里说明信用卡号 有效期和相关信息 能不能让ETS扣钱啊？

被decline了 发信询问 等了两个周后 ETS给了如下回复
Please be advised that your November 3, 2007 GRE Subject test payment of $150.00 was declined by your credit card company. Your outstanding balance of $150.00 is currently due. An invoice statement explaining this matter was mailed to you on September 14, 2007.

Until this balance is paid in full, we cannot process any service(s). To clear this account balance, please send $150.00 by check, money order, or valid credit card (American Express®, Discover®, JCB®, MasterCard®, or VISA®) to the following address.

我们学校附近没有中行 汇钱不方便 所以把信用卡号和有效期都写上 加上自己的信息 这样发过去能不能行啊
有没有坚持用邮件解决这个问题的 求教啊~~~

我也是类似情况，又给ETS发信问可不可以像你说这样在邮件里提供自己信用卡情况，回信说：Please be advise, payments can not be expected through email. You may contact our customer service at 1-609-771-7670 to make a payment by phone using a credit card. 然后我就打了这个电话，接通人工后就直接跟她说我要付钱，付多少多少，然后她会问你出生日期、信用卡号、有效期什么的，然后就ok了，没过几天我的信用卡账单就来了，钱被成功划走了~~ok, that's all~~
