Issue 51
“Education will be truly effective only when it is specially designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student.”


提纲：1，兴趣是最好的老师
      2，但目前条件不允许
      3，社会需要的是全面的人才，而不是只会一个方面

I agree with the speaker that it is sometimes necessary, and even desirable, for schools to considering students’ interest in order to make education be truly effective. However, a contrary view would reveal that education resource abundant to meet each students’ need virtually. Moreover satisfy each students’ intention is tough. Nevertheless, we should make use of current resource make our students plunge more enthusiasm into study.

The reason for my fundamental agreement with the speaker is that “interest is the best teacher”. An education system can take into account the specific needs and interests of each student will help the students to fully develop their distinct potential and talent. In such an educational system, students, feeling centered and appreciated, will be more motivated to study. We can learn from the experience of Bill Gates who dropped out from Harvard, the best university in the world, and started the engine of Microsoft becomes the biggest software company and he becomes the richest man in the world. When people questioned him, he answered that “Do your interest and do you best”. Thus we can predict that without interest study as well as scientific research will be tediousness and lead to no fruit.

People may take for granted that the more specifically designed education one can get study resource according to his/her own need and interests, the more effective it will turn out to be, since students will be much more actively engaged in study without the necessity to learn what does not interest them, or what seem to be of no apparent help to their future careers. Reasonable as it may seem, such an educational pattern does not make full use of modern educational resource. In the world today, resource of education relate to funding, teacher quality and student academic performance, are key factors in addressing the problem. But without economic flourishing, lacking high quality teachers, in short of nice student academic performance, we say there are so many restriction that it is so difficult to meet everyone’s need and interest.

But even if educational resource abound students involve themselves more activity in study when they are offered a unique education designed according to their interest and need, specifically designed education should not take the place of traditional general education. Students’ competence should be all-round, if a student only concern his/her interest and pay no attention to things happened around so that his/her will not get achieve even can not live in such a interchange society. Although complete liberty in designing education is not available to all individual students, schools can try their best to offer more choices and autonomy to students as long as the quality of compulsory education is guaranteed. Only in this way not only can student learn specialties knowledge but widen their own visual field, for it is useful for student in the future.

In conclusion, I do believe we need to look for a bit more balance between meet personal need and general education, we should do our best to make use of educational pattern to satisfy student need and motivate their passionate in the same time achieve overall development.

When people questioned感觉最好换一下吧，在这时偶滴第一感觉是"质疑":loveliness: him, he answered同样可以考虑变换一下，丰富一下 that “Do your interest and do you best”. Thus we can predict that， without interest， study as well as scientific research， will be tediousness(tedious) and lead to no fruit.

我觉得语言和句子还是可以提高 很多的，可以多注意一下这方面的积累
