In general, I agree with the speaker's proposal that education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual need and interests of each student. A successful education is determined by several aspects, including available teaching resources, qualification of teachers, design of teaching context, and teaching method. The speaker does not mention that what his assertion is about. It should be clear that for various levels of education, the assertion has different specified meanings. On the other hand, we should be aware that there are still some difficulties in fulfilling these strategies.

About three thousands years ago, the earliest Chinese educational expert, Confucius, has recognized that education should meet the individual needs and interests of each learner. Students are usually in different intelligent levels, different personal characters, and have different interests. So how can we guide them with a same style and a same method? It is in this point that our nowadays education is somewhat unsuccessful. Some experts suggest that we should turn from "teacher-centered" teaching to "student-centered" teaching, and I strongly approve the suggestion. I will never forget one of my primary school teachers, who often talks with me individually and give me many pertinent advices. He knew me so well that his words can always inspire my passion. He gave me a good begin in my studying life.

Students of different level need different educating method. As a basic education, the primary school and middle school provide general and basic knowledge to their students, such as verbal, math, music etc. The context of teaching has been carefully selected and designed and they should be learned by every student whatever his or her interest is to ensure him or her to get on well with the life of modern society. For example, everyone should learn some basic math in order to deal with the counting in our daily life. Of course, the teachers should also consider the differences among students in order to give a proper guide to every student. High level education, such as university education, should provide specialized education. So not only its teaching context but its teaching method should be fully designed to meet every student's need.

Although the specialized education seems more suitable to students, it has factual difficult when it comes to realization, such as teaching resources and qualifications of teachers. Even in developed countries, it is difficult to provide enough qualified teachers to give individual guide for each student, so how about in developing countries? The classical teaching method is still the best way there. Because the basic purpose of government to develop education is to ensure more and more children getting the fundamental education.

In sum, I agree with the speaker's assertion that we need specialized education for every student. We should suitable plans for each student of different level, ensuring them not only get fundamental knowledge but also develop their own interest. Still we have problems in making it into realization, but I hope it will come to be true in the future not far away.

总体来说感觉这篇限时作文写的很不错，但是我并不是很会改，在逻辑结构上实在没办法提什么建设性的意见，只有找点自认为语法上的不足，惭愧啊……

对于这篇ISSUE有这么三点意见：
1.        或许是准备时间不是很长，所以在例子的运用上还比较不够丰满，可以多多注意一下这方面；
2.        在段落的连接上感觉有一些突然的感觉，多加些连接词或许会好些吧；
3.        语言的表达上有一点单一，句型啊词汇啊什么的可以考虑用同义的稍稍替换一下（不过这点我不知道重不重要，只是本人拙见哦~）

第一次的作业就限时，还写得如此不错，赞一个啦~以后还请多多指教啊~加油
