嘿嘿,事先申明,改过语法和单词错误的,希望大家狠狠地拍,谢谢了!!! (橘色的是写完后加的,加阴影的是改了的单词)
It is nature that people treat the money as the most important possession in their lives in the materialistic society. Does money the most important part of a job? The answer will vary from person to person. Actually there are many aspects of a job, some are associated with money and some are not .As it concerned to me, I think interests, working atmosphere and individual satisfaction of a job are more significant and meaningful.

To begin with, if I choose a job or career, the first thing comes to my mind should definitely be my own interest. I regard interest as the most important part of a job because interest can largely inspire my working enthusiasm and make the work not a burden to me. For example I choose to be tour guide. I just like this career because I am the kind of person who likes to talk with different people, go to various places in the world and enjoy the beauty of the nature. Though a tour guide may not bring me a lot of monetary wealth it is the resource of every bite of my sweetness and happiness. In addition, one would more likely to achieve succeeds when he/she extremely love the job, which may return him/her endless pleasures and the sense of achievement; both of these feelings are more meaningful than money.

What's more, the working atmosphere is another important element of a job apart from the money. The atmosphere should include the colleagues, the working facilities, working conditions and so on. Suppose a person who engages in a job which provide him a decent salary. However, the competition in this company too severe/drastic that most of his colleagues may even do some bad things such as cheating, excluding others from using facilities or just gossip. He may be afraid to go to work everyday and want to quit because working there is a kind of torture. In this sense, money is another thing, happiness is most important.

Furthermore, sometimes people choose a job to make his/her life more meaningful by making great contribution to the country, gaining achievement in his/her area and obtain honor and reputation. In the area of science, many scholars and scientists choose to do researches because they want to make progress in his/her area, thus make contribute to the country. In this way they can gain the sense of self-satisfaction. We can see that many famous scientists are not very wealthy but they still love their job and career, because it is the research itself attracts them, not the money.

With that said, of course, the money is still an aspect one can not neglect, and sometimes it is it could be the most important one. Imagine a student who graduates from college not long ago and his family have used up all the money in order to support his study in college. The most important and urgent thing for that graduate is to earn money to repay his family. In this case, money become the most important element of a job.

In the finally analysis, though money sometimes may be important, I hold the opinion that for most times, other aspects in a job such as individual interest, working atmosphere, individual satisfaction should be more significant

It is nature that people (the human’s nature to) treat the money as the most important possession in their lives in the (a)materialistic society. Does (Is) money the most important part of a job? The answer will vary from person to person. Actually there are many aspects of a job, some are associated with money and some are not .As it concerned to me, I think interests, working atmosphere and individual satisfaction of a job are more significant and meaningful. To begin with, if I choose (were choosing) a job or career, the first thing comes (coming) to my mind should (would) definitely be my own interest. I regard interest as the most important part of a job because interest can largely inspire my working enthusiasm and make the work not a burden to me (“make the work not a burden to me” it sounds weird). For example I choose (have chosen) to be (a) tour guide. I just like this career because I am the kind of person (people) who like(s) to talk with different people, go to various places in the world and enjoy the beauty of the nature. Though a tour guide may not bring me a lot of monetary wealth (,) it is the resource of every bite of my sweetness and happiness. In addition, one would (be) more likely to achieve succeeds (a success) when he/she extremely love(s) the job, which may return (reward) him/her (with) endless pleasures and the sense of achievement; both of these feelings are more meaningful than money.
What's more, the working atmosphere is another important element of a job apart from the money. The atmosphere should include the colleagues, the working facilities, working conditions and so on. Suppose a person who engages in a job which provide(s) him a decent salary. However, the competition in this company (is) too (so)severe/drastic that most of his colleagues may even do some bad (“immoral” will be better) things such as cheating, excluding others from using facilities or just gossip. He may be afraid to go to work everyday and want to quit because working there is a kind of torture. In this sense, money is another thing, happiness is (the) most important.Furthermore, sometimes people choose a job to make his/her life more meaningful by making great contribution to the country, gaining achievementin his/her area and obtain honorand reputation. In the area of science, many scholars and scientists choose to do researches because they want to make (a) progress in his/her area, thus make contribute (contribution) to the country. In this way they can gain the sense of self-satisfaction. We can see that many famous scientists are not very wealthy but they still love their job and career (“not wealthy because they love their job” it seems there is no causal relationship between them), because it is the research itself attracts them, not the money.
With that said, of course, the money is still an aspect one can not neglect, and sometimes it is (omit “it is”) it could be the most important one.Imagine a student who graduates from college not long ago and his family have used up all the money in order to support his study in college(this sentence sounds weird, I think you intend to mean “Imagine what would happen to a student who has just graduated from college and whose family have used up all the money to support his study ”).  The most important and urgent thing for that graduate (him) is to earn money to repay his family. In this case, money become (s) the most important element of a job.
In the finally analysis, though money sometimes may be important, I hold the opinion that for most times, other aspects in a job such as individual interest, working atmosphere, individual satisfaction should be more significant.

It is people’s nature to treat the money as the mostimportant possession in their lives in the materialistic society. However, is money reallythe most important part of a job? The answer will vary from person to person. Actually there are many aspects of a job, some areassociated with money and some are not. Personally,I think individual interests, workingatmosphere and satisfaction of a job are more significant and meaningful. To begin with, if I choosea job or career, the first thing comes to my mind should definitely be my owninterest. (最好客观点,不要说I, When one choose a job…) I regard interest as the most importantpart of a job because interest can largely inspire my working enthusiasm andmake the work not a burden to me. In addition, one would be more likely to achieve succeedswhen he/she extremely loves the job, since this couldreturn him/her endless pleasures and the sense of achievement, both of which worth more than money. What's more, the working atmosphere is another importantelement of a job apart from the money. The atmosphere should include thecolleagues, the working facilities, working conditions and so on.
