This chart shows the percentage of women and men in different positions in ACME Oil Company. It is very obvious that the women and men are not equally distributed in the same position.
Women enrolled in lower grade officers more than men did. Seventy percentages of Grade E Officers are women while men only took thirty percentages. This is the highest percentage of women in any position within the company. The percentage of women falls slightly in Grade D Officers. In this position, there are 60 percentages of women and 40 percentage of men in this kind of positions.
The distribution was more balance in Grade D Officers, which included 45 percentages of women and 50 percentages of men. It was also the first that the number of men is more than that of women.
In the higher grade officers, there are a rapidly increase in number of men. Women took less and less jobs. There are 25 percentages of women working as Grade B Officers. The percentage of women reached the bottom in the Grade A Officers, only having less than 10 percentage. Thus, men occupied the most of greater percentage of higher executive positions. There are 75 percentages and 90 percentages of men in Grade B and A Officers.
To conclude, women had more percentage in the lower position while taking less and less posts in higher executive positions. In contrast, higher percentage of men could be found in high executive positions.

It can be seen from the chart the number of femal employees declined gradually from 70% at officer grade E to about 45% at grade C, after that, there was a significant decrease until about 7%at grade A. there were more female employees at grade E and grade D. Grade E was particularly femal-dominated, where women made up about 70% but men only accounted for 3%.
On the contrary, the number of male officers increased slightly from grade E to grade c, from then the figure raised rapidly until grade A. At grade A, it reached its highest point at aroud 90%, which is about thirteen times greater than that of femal officers.
as a whole, men occupied the high officer grades, howere, there are more femal officers in lower positions.
