Is it the most beneficial for education to adopt diversified mode for each students catering to their distinct hobbies and habits? Living in the exceedingly complex and intricate society, most individuals, if not all, hold their distinguishing interests. Thus it is undeniable that the propositions of the students to knowledge are totally different. The distinctive among students should be emphasized. Nevertheless, it is unilateral to assume it as the most effective way to educate people.

Pondering the concrete situation of each student guarantees them an enthusiastic altitude to what they learn and may unearth their special talents at some certain field. Currently, a large portion of universities have adopted this kind of mode to meet what the students necessitate, which is temporarily in experimental period in most colleges. Students may be not required to choose a major when they entrance the universities until they finish their whole basic curriculum. Only after adjusting the life in the university campus do the students begin to contact and contemplate those complicated and confused knowledge. They may determine their own orientation when they fully recognize what they are interest in. Vast majorities of these students turn out learn more excellent rather than their counterpart due to their intensive passion to the major in which they alter. Consequently, designing the education with the individuals' interests is of profound significance for students.

However, this different-treated mode is not appropriate in all cases. Take the high school for example, boys and girls in the school is primarily studying in the basic discipline, which is the bedrock for further study. Students who desire to major in biology engineering is demanded to do well in chemistry and biology, even including quite a few items in physics. Not only are these subjects influential for biology, but also they serves as catalyst in numerous other major. Accordingly, no matter what orientation dose one long for, they can receive identical education in their high school in which they acquire basic knowledge and information. It seems that general education is indispensable and efficiency in such cases.

On the other hand, overloaded concerning to individualization will exert quite a few negative effects. For instance, the criteria of evaluating the students’ achievement disappear, and the boundary of A or B among the students seems vague for they receive various study modes and meet different challenges. It is absolutely unfair that give the same score to the two who respectively take a simple and a onerous task. Those who face the laborious task of study will feel unjustified and lose their confidence and enthusiastic to study, and are ultimately impacted by the harmful effect of the demerit of the evaluation system.

In addition, under the contemporarylevel of education, considering each student’s will which need an increasingly number of faculties and facilities is not practical. One professor may teach 30 students in one class now, while he/she can only tutor one or two undergraduate owing to the different teaching mode of each one. That will, to large extent, exacerbate the universities' burden, such as serious financial pressure, and eventually exert a harmful influence on the students. As a result, considering what has been presented above, accomplishing a brilliant effect of the creative mode seems a long-term task.

To sum up, bonding with the concerning to the interests of students, the process of study will be more efficient and inspiring. However, it is not sagacious to confirm that is the most effective way as a sea of problems can not be solved, at least during this era.
