51.教育

有保留的赞成,指出个人化教育可能会存在问题.
1.      承认个人化教育的意义.I concede that the individualism is becoming more and more essential nowadays, and people are in the pursuit of specific characters for being capable of adapting such a diverse society.
2.      然而,专门化教育有其潜在的问题,从而对他的可行性提出挑战.Nevertheless, the potential problems which lie in the specific education challenge the feasibility in a large scale. Those may be mainly embodied in several respects as below. First, the technical maneuverability is highly open to doubt. Image that how the education institution can devise a curriculum system so as to meet the needs of the all students in the country? How does a school arrange those different courses? And how the teachers to satisfy all the individual needs and interests of each student? After all, the conditions and resources of the education system are relatively limited in current real society. Clearly, the practical ratio of the teachers to the students and the finite knowledge of the each teachers tell the impossibility that students’ demands can be entirely fulfilled with the fewer instructors, and it is the same with the hardware in the institutions, are the money, spaces, skills enough to set up all the equipment required by the individuals?
3.      Secondly, 过分强调专门化教育会导致学生的盲目性学习.Too much emphasis on the individual-centered education may also bring blindness development to the students. Admittedly, under the circumstance of such a complex society, specific aptness sometimes play a key role in the competitions, job application, promotion, even one’s reputation, for example. However, where does the specific ability come from? Some readers may easily make a response that it surely comes from the personal education which meets needs and interests of each student. A more thorny question, after our second thoughts, could be raised ,that is, whether one indeed can discern his/her real interests and therefore develop them into his/her strong suit merely through the individual-centered instruction? Only after general education can the answers be found. Apparently, the general education provides students with the broad view which stems from various subjects like literature, mathematics, physics, chemistry, arts, musicology etc. in our high schools, and, in turn, the opened-mind would bring the students clues for dig out the field they are surely interested in and the knowledge as well from different subjects could serve as instruments for dealing with the problems lying in the students’ interests.
4.      Finally, the specifically designed education may hamper the development both of the students and the society. With respect to the individuals, anyone is tightly linked to the net of social community as a member, and inevitably, he or she needs variety of knowledge, even just a general picture, so as to participate and adapt to the habitat. Unfortunately, specific-designed education largely will lead the students to be narrow mind without communications with outside fields, thus making them less competitive in their later lives. It is impossible that a person interests in economy could succeed knowing little about logic and politics. With respect to the society, its development depends on the joint advancements from the dissimilar domains, and therefore the people’s general knowledge used to make them mutually pervading in order to create more opportunities for social evolution is of the necessity. But, similarly, too much focus on the personal satisfaction on the education may at most guide the society to a mediocre level due to lacking of broad worldview.
5.      To sum up, I agree with the speaker insofar as education should be advisably specially designed to meet the students’ needs and interests, while, the effective education model, more realistically, is that the combination of general and specific education like our current educational system—broadly supply basic knowledge before entering colleges where students can choose their majors catering to their real interest.

第一段承认个人化教育的意义我觉得可以更深入一些,感觉是为了写这段而写的,先叙述承认这个观点再转而提出后面的问题,感觉会好一些。呵呵,个人观点,第一段稍微再长一点会比较好。
