We are happy to inform you that you have been admitted to the
University of New Mexico, without financial aid, for the Fall 2008
semester for graduate studies in Civil Engineering!

Before the Immigration form I-20 can be issued we will need an email
from you stating that you accept the department’s offer of admission.
In addition to your acceptance notice please complete and return a
Certification of Financial Responsibility Form.  The form must list the
annual amount that will be available to you for a minimum of four years.
The required minimum annual amount is $21,925.  Forms can be downloaded
from our website www.unm.edu/preview/na_int.htm. You will also need to
send an official bank statement showing available funds.

Once your file is complete, your I-20 will be processed and mailed to
the address you provided. We request you confirm your address.

NOTE: The above-mentioned item(s) must be received in our office by
February 15, 2008 in order for our office to process your I-20 for Fall
2008.

郁闷啊,说的好直接,without financial aid...我有没有必要给他们说没钱去不了呢?感觉他们好像说的很死的样子..
