However, those issues are always so complicated that several discipline knowledge are needed. In this case, outsiders are indispensable. Global Warm, for instance, is a very serious problem which would endanger human and many other species. To clarify this problem, there needs physicists to find out what matters cause the problem, chemists to ravel how those matters come out and geographers to dig out what influence will be brought by Global Warm. Have all those totally been done, can human recognize how serious this problem is and how to deal with it. Again, there need physicists, chemists and geographers to carry out proper and effective methods to solve this problem. Another example is global environment problem, which also needs experts from several fields. Without outsiders’ knowledge and experience, those problems mentioned above and not mentioned cannot completely clarify and then effectively cope with.

Without outsiders’ knowledge and experience, one field of study also can attain its great achievements. Outsiders’ knowledge and experience only take the role as catalyzer while the most important processes in one field still need experts of the field to participate. When Newton set up calculus foundation, it is his not outsiders’ endeavor. No one can say that the birth of the theories of relativity stem from outsiders’ contribution rather than Einstein's. Quantum, one of the most important theory in twenty century, bring out by a group of excellent physicists, also in which no shadow of outsiders appeared. Experts in its field possess fundamental knowledge, which is vital for one to pursue further advance, and hold powerful methods to deal with academic problems. Also experts clearly know how those problems are introduced, which is remarkably important for one to adopt suitable methods and tools to solve them. All those make experts possible to achieve significant advance in their fields.

Finally, whether one field of study can advance significantly or not is determined by amount of factors not merely sharing of outsiders' intelligence. Those factors include to which degree the field has developed, to which degree government or other institutes support this field, the future of this field and so on. Without full developed classical physics, there would be the absence of serious crisis in classical physics. In this situation, no matter how intelligent Einstein is, it is impossible for him to be the father of relativity. Also, without government's and other institutes' financial assistance, people devoting to the field cannot afford for survive, which makes them impossible to absorbed occupy their study, and cannot buy necessary equipments for study; with a dim future of a field, none would like to dedicate himself or herself to the field, for which cannot attract public's eyes and cannot be self-content in psychology. All those factors contributes more to  significant advance than outsider's intelligent. As a general rule, one field needs other field's knowledge and experience which are always easier and simpler. Hence, one can immediately study them if necessary.

With the increasing complexity of existed problems, we cannot deny the fact that outsider's knowledge and experience are needs in order to better and quicker solve those problems. Meanwhile, we must cognize the reality that the significant progresses in certain field mainly come from experts' dedication in the condition of satisfying related factors.
