Specific education designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student is indeed valuable. If only this specific designed is provided, however, it may result in not increasing but reducing the effection of the process and result of education. As far as I am concerned. an education in which special and general design are balanced is the most effective way to develop the capability of each student and the average quality of education.


A educational aim for cultivating more students who are able to absorb, digest, create and execute learning cannot come true without meeting the individual needs and interests. If schools just provide the same curriculum and direction to every unique student, there is no need to keep a face-to-face process of teaching and studying. Curricular broadcast and other on-line resources based on today's advanced technology can entirely meet this simple need. But the effect of such a machine-made education will embarrass the true development both individuals and the whole society.


At the same time, it is extreme if the education only concerns the need and interest of each students. The effect of education is not only evaluated by the speed of learning, but also the quality and general foundation. For example, some basal subjects, such as maths, physics, art, social science, are groundwork of most every field. As to a student preferring musical instrument performance but dislike related theory knowledge, whose need is to improve his skill, he will not be effectively developed—facing difficulty in further marvelous achievement in this field-- if just receive performance class due to an weak foundation. What's more, a direct road towards one's nowaday need and interest, in fact, is a fence keeping student from enlarge and update the scope of one's dream and life. Moreover, it is confused for education institution and ineffective for the student if the need and interest encounter great changes. Considering the limit of a learner to evaluate his or her true need and interesting, leaving all decisive right to individuals in designing a strategy to develop students may even make contrary effect actually.


The most effective way of education depends on a harmony communication and coadjustment between individual factors and other factors, such as experiences educationists have already gotten, the general need and character of students at certain age, and so forth. A development in courses related to one's individual need and interest can effectively promote marvelous talent and potential, while a development derived from a general designed learning can also effectively improve students' endures and knowledge amplitude. In this educational circumstances, everyone can find chances to boost his advantages with zealousness and make up his disadvantages under scientific instruction.


In the final analysis, the assertion that education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student is not complete though it is reasonable when some revisal are added on. An effective education is a education that can make student achieve more in his fit field and other necessary field. Therefore, individual factors and other factors are all worth to be mixed in such an effective education.

As far as I am concerned, an 抽象名词,最好不要用an修饰吧 education in which special and general design are balanced is the most effective way to develop the capability of each student and the average quality of education.

Considering the limit of a learner to evaluate his or her true need and interesting interest, leaving all decisive right 复数 to individuals in designing a strategy to develop students 这里应该是himself吧 may even make contrary effect actually. 首先,例子不好也没有讲清楚,为什么不学音乐理论知识后面就会出问题呢?应该详细说说。比如弹弹别人的曲子还凑合,自己创作没有理论知识就不行了。第二,这一段讲了三层意思,扎实的基础+改变兴趣了会很麻烦+自己有可能不知道自己的兴趣和需要,太多了,而且后两点也一带而过,建议只写两层写详细点

Therefore, individual factors and other factors are all worth worthy to be mixed in such an effective education.

从这篇文章看出楼主在词汇用法上还存在问题,建议写的时候多查词典,像confused& confusing, harmony&harmonious这种错误,查了字典确定了之后再写。另外贴上来之前先自己检查下,明显的错误自己先改正下。而且查字典可以也帮助使用同义替换词。

论证问题上,主要是讲不明白,逻辑性不强,应该加强这方面训练。例子的话最好搞那种牛人的例子,教育类的上来就来个大牌科学家,讲的详细点,这样才有说服力。
