Pleasa note that this decision not imply an offer of an assistantship. Teaching, research or graduate assistantships are awarded by the academic department. Questions concerning assistantship should be directed to the graduate advisor noted below. If you are an international student and have not yet forwarded your financial certification and your I-20/IAP-66 Application Form, please do so at this time.

Imformation regarding the enrollment process has been included in you Welcome Kit. To confirm your plans to attend, please complete and return the enclosed Intent to Enroll form and a non-refundable $100… matriculation fee as soon as possible. This fee is applied to your first invoice for tuition. Questions concerning the program of study should be directed towards you graduate advisor. An updated list of advisors has been included in the packet.

关于这个ad我有几个疑问：
（1）是否有机会套到全奖？就是 免学费+TA/RA
（2）如果能套到要和系里套么？ad没给免学费的话，学费这个问题怎么解决？
（3）是不是可以先套奖学金再给学校回信是否要去？
（4）我想套TA的话要咋套？联系系主任？
