"There are two types of laws: just and unjust. Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and, even more importantly, to disobey and resist unjust laws."

Should every individual in a society have a responsibility to obey just laws and to disobey and resist unjust laws? In a sense, I tend agree that we should obey just laws because I can use them to protect myself. However, I do not completely side with this statement because the speaker claims the view by overlooking the crucial role of another issue and unfairly give them a second priority. In my point of view, all-side consideration is needed when deciding the precedence.

First of all, everything has its other side include laws. One law seems to be just for some people, yet unjust for other. To illustrate this point clearly, we can see that the governments of most China cities restrict the quantity and breed of dogs for controlling the quantity of the dog without master and preventing hydrophobia. However, some one thinks it is terrible because they must leave their lovely friends. The reason is that they have not enough money to pay the government every year and government thinks this kind of dog is dangerous. Animal is our friends who can help our leave bad temper so dog is family member, which the government overlooks. At same times many kinds of animals like cats also can infect diseases, but the government only restricts the quantity and breed of dogs. Thus, the judgment of just or unjust laws is difficult.

Furthermore, the laws should be changed in different eras. In order to see this point clearly, let us see an example. In a long time most people think the homoerotism is a disease, in the meanwhile the government constituted laws to forbid they married each other. But the forbidden law is abolished today and many people accept the face and some country allow the queers to marry such as Belgium(2003)、Holland (2001)and Canada(2005).Certain standards for enforcement and judgment must of course be followed, but a certain amount of allows should advance. Sometime unjust law will be just in certain age.

Finally, for a legal system to work for a society, the laws must be knowable, fair and implemented equally among the population. If some people think this law is just and obey it, but most don not think so, therefore this law is not useful. When all soldiers obey the order they believe it is just, the war will do not win.  

To sum up, these is no fixed standard for judgment of the just laws and unjust laws. Due to analysis and reasons mentioned above, which sometimes correlates with each other to generate a integrated whole and thus because more persuasive than any signal one of them, we may safely arrive at the conclusion that we can not obey and disobey laws blindly.
