Nowadays professional corporate executives jump from one campany to another actively, which refelects the extent of competitons in that kind of jobs. No matter they change their jobs because of personal unadaptions or being fired out, their destinies seems to have close relationship with the achievements in profits. Actually, though progress in profits weighs a lot, they should balance it with corporate social responsibilities better.
Addmittedly, whether one corporate executive can help the campany make more money affect his or her career destiny basically.
However, except for progress in profits, corporate executives should and must take corporate social responsibilities.
What's more, an excellent executuve can make use of corporate social responsibility to increase both the campany's profits and his personal achievements.
In sum, juding from the reasons metioned above, we can safely concluded that making as much money as possible for for companies can never be the only responsinilty of corporate executives. What they should try to achieve is to make a balance between campanies' profits and social responsibilities.
