130．How children are socialized today determines the destiny of society. Unfortunately, we have not yet learned how to raise children who can help bring about a better society." [05/48; 06/6]

孩子融入社会的能力决定了社会的命运。遗憾的是，我们还不知道怎样培养孩子使他们对社会有益。

1.  的确，孩子适应社会融入社会的能力决定了一个社会是否能正常有序的持续发展。
2.  而且，到目前为止，人们通过一系列的教育手段培养了很多优秀的人才，在社会中发挥着他们的才干，做出了很多贡献。
3.  但是，不否认在现实中实现的过程确实还有许多问题有待改进。比如，在面对巨大的升学压力和就业问题的同时，如何使孩子保持良好的心态？如何去弥补教育方法中一些不当之处？如何真正做到按照教育孩子的基本宗旨—-培养全面能力？虽然这些问题确实存在，但不可否认，我们会不断地改进，解决他们只是时间的问题。

I totally agree with the claim that the ability of socialization is crucial to children, which also determines the society’s future. However, it is too hasty to say people have not yet learned how to cultivate the next generation who can benefit the whole society.

Admittedly, children’s ability of socialization determines whether the society can advance smoothly and continuously. We all know that children will take the responsibility to construct their country and if they are excellent, they would make great contribution to the whole society. As to this” excellent”, we do not only refer to their talent of major knowledge, we also mean the ability that they can socialize well to survive in today’s intensely interactive society. Only if individuals are in an appropriate environment they could maximize their potential. This environment will not show up automatically. On the contrary, it requires people to find or to create. A college student with a good academic record finds a new job in a company, puffing up with pride. However, important questions are how to collaborate with colleagues and how to communicate with boss, thus creating more opportunities for himself. They do not rely on the excellent scores in school but the ability of communication and the skill of dealing with people, which means the socialization ability. It is hard to imagine if one does not get along well with people around him, he could make great contribution to the society because nowadays it’s difficult to achieve anything without support. Therefore the children’s ability of socialization will determine the destiny of society.

Up to now, we cannot deny that through education people have cultivated numerous talented persons who are developing their talent fully in modern society. We have already recognized that the students who have high scores but low qualities are not the ones that can actually benefit the society. Therefore fostering various abilities of children becomes the most important lessons in education. Teachers do not only teach the knowledge in books but also the ability of socialization. Students no longer shut themselves in the ivory tower but learn the real society in earlier age. They will not push the panic button when they leave school because they feel it is a completely different world to them. In addition, teachers teach the knowledge of socialization verbally in classes and also encourage children to put it into practice—guiding them to communicate with other people, cultivating their strong team spirit and providing opportunity for them to take part in social activities. We have already known how to foster children to be well-rounded individuals who are really beneficial to society and are making continuous efforts to do our best.

However, there are still many problems in our education that should be improved. For example, how to help our next generations keep up a good state of mood when they handle a lot of pressures upon their schoolwork and employment? How to make up the deficiencies in our current education? How can it be the true education tenet of taking cultivating integrated development children as essentials? Albeit these problems do exist and remains to be solved, we are persevering in our efforts to constant improvement. We believe that for the rest of the world it is only a matter of time.
