A living room and a small bed room are available in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment of Tempo from April or May. The moving-in day is flexible during these two months. The rent are $210 and $260 respectivly, which have included gas and water fee. The apartment is very clean, and near to the entrance of Tempo.  

Tempo community is  a very convenient place and has many students from GSU, GT and Emory. The bus route is just in front of Tempo and it's about 10-15 minutes walking distance to the tube station. It's also within 15 minute distance to China Town and Buckhead business center. The best thing is that it's located in Brookhaven, of which the neighborhood is one of the best in Atlanta: safe and convenient
