因奖学金无望，小女子打算自费赴美攻读经济学硕士，目前已经拿到的硕士ad有：tufts 几乎忽略不计的奖，albany 无奖，colorado state u无奖，rutgers 无奖且太贵，iupui无奖。请问大家这些哪个比较好？另外还有几个烂phd 的ad，去读phd签证好过吗？第二年会有奖吗？小女子拜谢！！！

补充：tufts有点太贵了，而且中国人估计不少吧。其实非常倾向于albany或iupui，比较便宜而且位置也不坏，各位学长学姐能帮忙从这两个中间选一个吗？

硕士的话去tufts.
Phd第二年拿奖的话需要资格考试中较好表现．不知你有没有这个信心

I've got Tufts/Duke/NYU and I chose Tufts. A department without PhD program is good for a master's degree.

SUNY-Albany is the most famous party school in US.
IUPUI's in Indiana, whose job market is not comparable to Boston.

I don't think there should be any doubts on which program's the best among these, neglecting the budget constraint.

If tufts is infeasible for you, choose Albany then.
